Christina Henry, Kansas City, MO, passed away October 28, 2004, at Research Medical Center, following a seven month battle with Cancer. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, November 1, at Floral Hills Chapel, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd., Kansas City, MO. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until services on Monday. Burial at Floral Hills Cemetery following the services. Chris was born December 11, 1967, the daughter of Roger and Diana Wood, of Kansas City. She graduated from Hickman High School in 1986. Chris was awarded her degree in Nursing from Park University in 1993, and was Credentialed as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse in 2003. Most recently, she was employed as Supervisor of Nursing at Gentiva Home Health Care. Prior to that she was a home health care provider for Evercare. In addition to her parents, Chris is survived by her husband, Todd Henry; a son, Casey Cartwright; a brother, Jeff Wood; grandmother, Maxine Davis; several nephews and cousins; her father and mother-in-law, Tim and Peggy Henry.
