Eugenia W. Parker Anderson, 98, of Macon, died Friday, May 7, 2021.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Hart's Chapel on Cherry Street with Dr. Mark Hudgins officiating. A private graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery. Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions may be made to The Middle Georgia Food Bank, 4490 Ocmulgee E. Blvd., Macon, GA 31217.

Born October 2, 1922 in Abbeville, Georgia, Mrs. Anderson was one of 8 children born to the late Jake and Virginia Walker.

She was a homemaker all her life. She was a former member of Tattnall Square Baptist Church and more recently, a member of Ingleside Baptist Church. She had a beautiful voice and sang in the choir for many years. She was a very active member of the Fidelis Sunday School Class, WMU, and Inglelites for many years until her health started to decline.

Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles W. Parker, second husband, Floyd Anderson, and only child, Douglas W. Parker.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by her daughter-in-law, Betty Moore Parker of Macon; granddaughter, Melanie S. Parker; stepson, Will Anderson (Sara) of Woodstock Georgia; and many nieces and nephews.
