Charlene was dedicated and loved her Lord and Savior. She ministered many years to all around her telling them the good news about her Lord. Charlene was a dedicated wife to James for 47 years. She was a loving daughter, sister, mom, and Granny.
Charlene is preceded in death by her parents, parents Freeman and Ruth Helen (Bailey) Kelley, and two sisters: Joan Leslie Kelley and Joann Kelley.
Charlene is survived by her spouse of 47 years James Outlaw of Clarksville; one son, Jason Charles Outlaw of Victorville, CA; one daughter, Connie Diane (Nicholas) Hunter of Dakota City, IA; two grandsons, Matthew Hunter and Jacob Hunter; one sister, Denise Kelley of Clarksville; and host of friends and church family.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
