FRED OLIVER "JIM" WILLIAMS, 75, of Sidney passed away at 8:12 A.M. Monday, May 10, 2021 at his residence. He was born on February 2, 1946 in Rome, Georgia, the son of the late Robert and Annie (McCluskey) Williams.

Jim is survived by six children, Fred Williams Jr. of Tampa, FL, Shan (Larry) Wilson of Dayton, Eric Webster, Darlene Hudgins, Mitch Hudson and Billy Dee Williams, all four of Sidney; a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Roger (Joyce) Williams, Robert (Rochelle) Williams, JoAnn Reynolds, Vanessa Petty, Margaret "Maggi" Williams, May Love, Michael (Yolanda) Williams Sr., Randall Williams, all of Sidney, Lillian (Larry) Simmons, Barbara (Charlie) Fisher Jr., and Nola Williams, all three of Lima; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Vernice Huston.

Jim was retired from Dana Corporation in Lima. He loved watching sports and especially enjoyed betting his brother, Roger on baseball and March Madness. Most of all, Jim loved his family and his greatest joy was spending time with his kids and grandkids.

A Private Service will be held for Jim's family. His final resting place will be at Graceland Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed to Jim's family at, www.cromesfh.com
