Mrs. Bryant was a 1966 graduate of Swifton High School. She spent over 30 years working as a Loan Officer for the Bank of Tuckerman. Mrs. Bryant was a member of the Gospel Chapel Church at Jonesboro. She enjoyed needlepoint and sewing. She loved to visit, and especially cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Billy Doyle Bryant; one brother, Charles Ed Montgomery; and her parents.
She is survived by two sons, Brenton Doyle Bryant of Huntsville, Arkansas, and Eric Bryant and wife, Jennifer, of Greenland, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Jami Bryant Echols, Carlie Bryant, and Teagan Bryant; two great-grandchildren, Camrin and Marlie; four brothers, Shelby Montgomery and wife, Dee, of Jonesboro, Tim Montgomery and wife, Barbara, of Jonesboro, Ronnie Montgomery and wife, Brenda, of Walnut Ridge, and Marty Montgomery and wife, Melissia of Swifton; many nieces and nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
Friends may visit at the funeral home, Thursday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Friday at Jackson's Newport Funeral Home Chapel, with interment in Hickmon Cemetery.
