Clark Allen Green, 69, of Fruitland Park, FL Passed away on May 3 021. He was born on November 10, 1951 a son to the late Jack and Lucille (Goodfellow) Green in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Clark was a graduate of Hoven High School, Hoven, SD where he excelled in track and football. He had a high draft number, so he joined the U.S. Navy shortly after graduation. He served his entire enlistment aboard the U.S.S. Ranger during the Viet Nam conflict and was honorably discharged on May 2, 1975. After his discharge from the Navy he moved to Indianapolis, Indiana where he worked for the United States Post Office as a letter carrier until he retired in 2007. He then moved to Brunswick, GA to be closer to his sisters and eventually moved to Florida following his sister Pat and brother-in-law Nick. He loved NASCAR and going to the Brickyard for the Indianapolis 500 with his buddies, and they would often travel to Daytona, FL for the Daytona 500. He loved cars, music, and old westerns. Name a car he could tell you about it, name a song he knew who the artist was, name an old western he could tell you who was in it.

He said his greatest achievement in life was his daughter Alexis. She was his everything. He cherished his two granddaughters Julia and Lila and loved being their Grandpa.

He is survived by a daughter Alexis Franke, L.B. McClara son in law, grand daughters Julia Franke and Lila McClara of Camby, Indiana. His also survived by sisters and brothers-in-laws; Judy Bright of Lexington, Ok, Patricia and Nick Nicomento of Summerfield, FL, Kathy Crume of Spirit Lake, Iowa and Virginia and Don Moore of Sioux Falls, SD.
