Anna K. Fry, 85, of Columbia died peacefully Saturday at home of natural causes. She was the wife of the late Clarence D.C. Fry, who preceded her in death in 1973. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late John J., Sr. and Kathryn Thomas Marley. A mother and a homemaker, she also worked as a clerk and typist for the former Marietta Army Depot and at the former Ohmstead A.F.B. in Middletown. Anna was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Columbia and is survived by her sons: Thomas D., husband of Jackie Fry, Gray Court, SC and Michael C., husband of Diana Fry, Columbia. 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her brother, John J. Marley, Jr. (Intelligencer Journal - May 23, 2005)
