Roger Lee West, age 71, of Worthington, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born in Columbus, IN on April 5, 1948, the son of Michael & Viola (Hobson) West.
He was a 1966 graduate of Brown County High School. He was a 20 year United States Air Force Retiree. He is a member of the Worthington Church of Christ and loved spending time with his family.
Roger is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Judy (Cooley) West; son, Jerry (Rose) West of Vincennes; daughters, Deanna (Mike) Przybylski of Toledo, OH and Regena (John) Bough of Worthington five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers, Charles Hobson of Columbus, IN, Phillip West of Columbus, IN, James West of Nashville, IN and Maurice "Mo" West of Nashville, IN.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial visitation will be from 2:00-5:00 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Worthington Church of Christ, 105 N. Dayton St., Worthington, IN 47471.
Military honors will be at 5:00 pm at the church.
