JOHN'S OBITUARY
Mr. John Joseph Pollard age 59 of Thomaston Ga., passed away Thursday May 6, 2021 at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Pollard was born on November 25, 1961 in New Orleans, LA., to Bennie Pollard and the late Geraldine Bourgeois Watson. He worked as a ham radio operator for 15 years. He was an avid outdoors man, master craftsman in wood working and a true artisan. He was a member of the First Congregation Church, and served his country in the National Guard. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his brother, Bennie Frank Pollard Jr.

Survivors include his father, Bennie Pollard of Thomaston, son, John J. Pollard Jr., sisters Sheila (Joe) Melton of Molena, Regina (Anthony) McCard of Molena, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m from Hebron Community Church on Hendricks Church Rd. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Hebron Community Church.
