Daughter of Tennyson and Carleen Stevens. She lived the majority of her life in Savannah, GA, where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Burnette Lindsey. She was a graduate of Herschel V. Jenkins High School, and worked for most of her career in healthcare at Saint Joseph's Hospital and Southcoast Medical Group. Surviving are her daughter, Yvette (Gene) Warnock, of Guyton; brother, Jim (Linda) Stevens of Pooler; and six nieces and nephews.
