Mr. Jesse M Jones, 44, of Cobleskill NY died Tuesday, May 4th at home after a long illness. Jesse was born November 14,1976 in Albany NY a son of Clifford M and Patricia (Hornauer) Jones. He attended Cobleskill school and later, attended culinary arts at SUNY Cobleskill and went on to further his career as a chef at Walt Disney World. He enjoyed gardening, watching the outside animals and cooking for his friends and family, but most of all he loved spending time with his cats Baby and Sunshine. Survivors include his daughter Saphire Jones , his parents Clifford and Patricia (Hornauer) Jones of Howes Cave NY, Two brothers Clifford (Kim) Jones of Schoharie NY, Issac (Stephanie) Jones of Charlotteville NY, His grandmother Mary Hornauer of Cobleskill NY, along with three nieces and two nephews and several aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his grandparents Earl and Olivette Jones of Mariaville NY and Joseph Hornauer of Cobleskill NY, and Uncle Joseph Hornauer Jr. stillwater NY. A private memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
