Doris Ann Berry, 72 of the North Georgia and Chattanooga area, peacefully passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021.

She graduated from East Ridge High School in 1967. Doris worked for American National Bank in the Trust Department from 1986 to 1994. She then went to work for the United States Postal Service, retiring early due to health reasons. Doris was of the Baptist faith and she loved singing, witnessing to all about Jesus, playing games on her tablet and spending time with her family. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Pearl Harris and her grandparents, Roy V. and Julie Harris.

She is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Chris) Clark and Stacey (Michael) Pendygraft; sisters, Joan (Wesley) Lonas and Cathy (Carl) Pickard; brother, Roy (Marie) Harris; her loving grandchildren, Taylor, Josh, Tyler, Noah and Paige; her loving great-grandchildren, Kyleigh, Hadleigh and Harper, all who were the joy in her life; several nieces, nephews and many loved friends.

A special thanks to Hospice of Chattanooga for their loving care.

At her request, Doris selected cremation and the family will have a memorial service at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Doris would want you to make a contribution to the charity of your choice.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
