Elizabeth "Libby" Baker Mullins age 81, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at Dickenson Community Hospital, Clintwood. Mrs. Mullins was the daughter of the late Grady and Jettie Baker. She was a member of Clintwood Baptist Church. Mrs. Mullins was a 1958 graduate of Clintwood High School and a loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bob W. Mullins, daughter, Karen Hartsock and sister, Jackie Davis.

Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Mullins and wife Gamela Arpa-Mullins of Herndon, Virginia and Wesley Mullins of Clintwood; her brother, Eddie Baker and wife Judy of Christiansburg, Virginia; three sisters, Iris Faye Davis of Kingsport, Tennessee, Louella Stanley of Clintwood and Nina Edwards of Gray, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jefferson "JD" Mullins, Brittany Hartsock and Ian Hartsock; great-grandson, Clayton Cromer; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, May 8th, 3 pm at Phipps Memorial Cemetery, Clintwood, with Pastor Joe Glenn Sluss and Phillip Mullins officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

This service will be held under the current COVID 19 guidelines set forth by the governor of Virginia.
