MARION - Nancy Pulley Harrelson, 67, wife of Larry Harrelson of Marion, passed away peacefully at McLeod Hospice House on Thursday, May 6, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Mullins, the daughter of the late Harvey M. Pulley and the late Ruth Sweat Pulley.
Nancy loved her Lord and Savior and was a devoted member of Mullins-Marion Freewill Baptist Church. She was self-employed in real estate and construction. A fun-loving person, Nancy enjoyed Christmastime and all the activities of the season.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by a sister, Peggy Butler.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Harrelson of Marion; a son, Joseph Harrelson of Greenville, South Carolina; a daughter, Amy Lucking of Littleton, Colorado; two brothers, Harvey G. Pulley (Phyllis) of Huntsville, Arkansas and Jimmy C. Pulley of Marion; two sisters, Judy Collins (Kenneth) of Florence and Marilyn Pulley Wiggins of Huntsville, Arkansas, and 7 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 10, 2021 in the chapel of Meares Funeral Home with Reverend Harvey "Buddy" Pulley and Reverend Thad Jacobs officiating. Interment will be at Mayers Cemetery.
