Joyce Ann Harper, 76, of Bushnell, Florida passed away in Bushnell, Florida on May 05, 2021. She was born in Wildwood, Florida on September 09, 1944 to Clark and Emma Segrest. She was a member of Cornerstone Community Baptist Church in Bushnell, Florida. She was retired from The United States Postal Service in Dade City, Florida. She enjoyed working with children, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Guardian Ad Litem and many church groups. She also loved to cook. She is survived by her son: Jon Franklin Harper (Susan) of New Port Richey, Florida; daughter: Tammy Louise Smith (Scott) of Bushnell, Florida; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and sister: Sharon Messenger (Rodney) of Mulberry, Florida. A service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 11:00 am at Purcell Funeral Home Chapel( with visitation from 9-11) with Pastor Terry Calcaterra officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.Arrangements are being handled by Beyers Funeral Home and Crematory - Purcell Chapel, 114 W. Noble Ave., Bushnell.
