He attended Corinth Christian Church. He was a graduate of Corinth High School, attended Morehead College for two years, and was a supervisor for Southern Railway.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Lawson Milner and Lenta Riddell Milner and his wife, Erma Josephine Gregg Milner.
Survivors are four daughters, Sherry Glass of Williamstown, Jean Collins of Frankfort, Willena Pulsfort of Warsaw, and Mary Elizabeth Dugan of Covington; three brothers, Hobart Milner, Blaine Milner, "Pete" Milner; three sisters, Lucille Hardin, Beulah Brueggen and Rose Marie Kerns; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services on June 2 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.
Burial in Hill Crest Cemetery.
