Son of the late Paul Narlock aka Narloch and the former Julia Joswiak. He was the sixth of seven known siblings, who were Alice H, Egzelma Mary, Albert V, Ramona, Adline M, and Edward Vincent Narlock aka Narloch.

He married his beloved wife Dolores Gesicki, on May 29, 1954 in Wausau, Wisconsin. She survives, as does one daughter, Laurie (Mike) Kutil, and two granddaughters, Jessica and Kristen Kutil, all of Wausau. Also many nieces and nephews.

Eugene retired from Marathon Electric Manufacturing Corp., where he was a supervisor for many years. Among his many interests, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He had also proudly served his country in the United States Army, during the Korean War.

Funeral Mass was celebrated at noon on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at The Church of St. Anne, in Wausau. Rev. Steven Brice presided. Burial followed in Restlawn Memorial Park, also in Wausau. Friends called from 10:30 a.m. until time of services on Saturday at the church. Peterson Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth St., Wausau, was in charge of arrangements.
