Phillip Bradley Williams, 35, passed this earthly life Friday, March 12, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Eupora on October 27, 1985, to George Williams Jr. and Beverly Hollis Williams.

Phillip was a graduate of Vardaman High School class of 2004. He served in the US Army and the Mississippi Army National Guard 155th Battalion. He served his country during Operation Iraqi Freedom and was awarded numerous medals for his service to our country. He also served protecting local citizens as a law enforcement officer. He served in the Bruce Police Department, Calhoun County Sheriff's Department, Horn Lake Police Department, Tunica Sheriff's Department (Narcotics division), Southaven Police Department, Chief of Police for Crenshaw, MS, and other capacities in law enforcement. He was also a farmer, worked for Wade Equipment and spent time as trucker. Phillip was a member of New Providence Baptist Church.

Those left to honor his memory are his mother Beverly J. Hollis Smith, of Big Creek; sons Lathan Williams, of Big Creek, and Langston Williams, of Derma; the mother of his children Holly Plunk, of Derma; sisters Stephanie Williams (Kenny Albritton), of Big Creek, and Abby Williams (Mike Hardin), of Walthall; brother Ethan Tutor (Tristan Bailey), of Bruce; stepmother Teresa Williams, of Greenville; stepfather Lee Smith, of Pyland; grandfather Glenn Hollis, of Calhoun City; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father George L. Williams, Jr., grandparents: Carolyn Hollis, Mary Elizabeth French, and George Lee Williams Sr.

A graveside service honoring Phillip's life will be held on Monday, March 15, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Monte Vista Cemetery with Bro. Mike Ramage officiating. Military honors will be rendered for Phillip's dedication to his country. Pallbearers will be: Michael Hardin, Rob Hollis, Tyler Hollis, Sam Hollis, Brent Sullivan, and Tyler Whitt. Honorary pallbearers will be: Kenneth Albritton, Mac Armstrong, Phillip Jackson, Lee Melton, Josh Monaghan, Roger Pettit, Lee Smith, and Ethan Tutor.

Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Bruce and Vardaman, MS is honored to serve the Williams family during this difficult time.
