Kenneth Ledbetter, 92, of Elkins, died Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at home surrounded by his family.

He was born Wednesday, Feb. 6, 1929, at Georgetown to William Isaiah and Elva Mabel Sisemore.

Kenneth married Vada Logue on Oct. 18,1952, and together they were parents to five children. He loved his family, and really loved
sports, especially baseball. Kenneth was an inductee into the Madison County Athletic Hall of Fame. He also enjoyed gardening, watching Razorback sports, and Cardinals baseball.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife Vada; one daughter, Cheryl Richardson; one grandson, Curt Ledbetter; his parents; and five brothers and four sisters.

He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Pam Ledbetter; three daughters and four sons-in-law, Toni and Jay Moffett, Debbie and Greg Nall, Dana and Jimmy Jackson and Tim Richardson; one sister, Genevie Guinn; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held, Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Drakes Creek Baptist Church. Eric Moffett officiated.

Pallbearers were Jeremy Richardson, Trent Ledbetter, Bryan Grube, Andrew Moffett, Joe Burnett, Seith Redmon, Shawn Michael and Jeremy Woods.

Honorary pallbearers were Phil Johnson, Mike Bilderback, Mike Livermore John Napier and Jim Duncan.

Interment followed services at Drakes Creek Cemetery.

Services were entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
