Lawrence was the son of Lawrence Calvin Daniels Sr and Patricia Ann Daniels. He was educated in the Charlton County School System and later the Dooly County School System. He was quite the traveler and was known by so many on the entire East Coast. He was a comedian and the life of every party and the center of attention at every family function. His favorite sport teams were the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons.
