Deceased Name: JAMES E. DUFRESNE, 43, VIETNAM WAR VETERAN

James E. Dufresne, 43, of 26 Lafayette St. died yesterday in St. Vincent Hospital after being stricken on Millbury Street. .

Mr. Dufresne was a maintenance worker at the Worcester Art Museum the past year. Previously, he worked in the shipping department of Reed & Prince Mfg. Co. more than 10 years.

He leaves his wife, Elizabeth C. (Banks) Dufresne; his father, Joseph E. Dufresne; a brother, Clement J. Dufresne; and a sister, Joanne M. Dufresne, all of Worcester.

He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

The funeral will be held tomorrow from the Henry Funeral Home, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. John's Church, 40 Temple St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.

Calling hours are 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.

The family requests that flowers be omitted. Memorial contributions may be made instead to a charity of the donor's choice.
