Lloyd came to Myrtle Beach in the early 1980's after his retirement from Western Union in New Jersey. He was an avid golfer and frequented the former "Watereway Hills" course where he and his foursome always walked the course. Lloyd also enjoyed bowling. He attended Ocean View Baptist Church in Myrtle Beach.
Survivors include a son, Thomas "Tom" Stevens (Cheryl); three grandsons, Anthony "Tony" Stevens, Matthew "Matt" Stevens, Daniel "Danny" Stevens; five grandchildren, Ivy, Chase, Ethan, Hadleigh, Kora.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 09, 2021 at The Chapel of Remembrance at Southern Palms Cemetery, North Myrtle Beach, SC. Visitation at the cemetery, will be from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Entombment will follow.
