York - Elphick, Robert E. age 82, of York, passed away on May 2, 2021. He passed peacefully at Pleasant Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born July 6, 1938, in Loganville, he was the son of the late Henry and Pauline Elphick. He made his career as a truck driver and retired from McCrory's in 1987. He also volunteered at Orlando Police Department for 10 years.
He was preceded in death by brothers Ronald Elphick, Fred Elphick and sister Sue Smith. Also preceded in death by daughter Debra Miller.
Survived by wife of 43 years, Gloria Elphick, children Robert E. Elphick Jr., Wanda Elphick, Kent Elphick and partner Helen, Dale Michael and wife Kathy, Darryll Michael and wife Doreen, Karen Holliday and partner Don, and Jeffrey Michael and wife Nicole and brother Jack Elphick. Also survived are 12 grandchildren and 9 great children and several nieces and nephews.
