Janice Irene Feece Warren passed away in her home on May 3, 2021 at her home with family.
Janice, fondly nicknamed Jay-Jay, was born on February 21,1945 in Argos, Indiana to William and Madge Feece. She grew up in Culver and Plymouth, as well as Debary, Florida, where she fondly remembered cook outs on the beach. Growing up, she loved bothering her three older brothers and younger sister. Janice was a 1963 graduate of West High School, where she was a proud member of the Bulldog Yearbook Club. Janice raised her four children in Plymouth while working at many places, including United Technologies, Lobdell-Emory, and Michiana Behavioral Health Care Center, but her beloved and most rewarding job was having a child care center out of her home for over thirty five years, where she took care of hundreds of children. Janice loved holidays and would enjoy decorating her house and having parties at her day care center. She also loved spoiling her grandchildren and going on shopping trips with her daughter and granddaughter. She enjoyed reading crime novels, eating at Red Lobster, going on vacations (especially to areas with beaches), watching The Walking Dead, and taking care of her plants. She loved collecting bird figurines, as well as taking care of her very spoiled parrots, Pancho and Fluffy. On good days, she loved going to the LifePlex gym to take laps around the track on her walker and enjoyed water aerobics. Janice was a life-long member of First United Church of Christ in Plymouth.
Janice leaves behind her aunt Lexie Feece of Donaldson, her brothers Tom Feece (Nici) of Donaldson and William Feece (Mary) of Conroe, Texas, her four children Ronald G. Johnson Sr. (Jacqueline) of Yuma, Arizona, Randy Johnson (Shirley) and Ricky Johnson of Warsaw, and Regina Warren Ellison (Marcus) of South Bend, her grandchildren Ivy Johnson of Warsaw, Levi Johnson of Yuma, Arizona, and Zaine Johnson of Plymouth, her adopted granddaughter Sara Sturtevant of Plymouth, and her many nieces and nephews Jennifer Ringo (Antonio) of Clarksdale, Mississippi, Matt Feece (Lisa) of Warrensburg, Missouri, David Baldwin (Laura) of Argos, Michael Ernsberger of Koontz Lake, Donnie Feece Jr. and Ronnie Feece of Anchorage, Alaska, Deann Lanz (Sebastian) and their two sons Alex and Max, Dawn Feece, Sidney Feece Bautista and her son Logan, and Shelby Feece Light (Kevin) and their children Weston and Vivienne all of Houston, Texas, and Katie Martin and her two children Karter and Kaeli of Butner, North Carolina. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Madge Feece, brother Don Feece Sr., her sister Pat Feece Ernsberger, her daughter-in-law Kelly Johnson, her grandson Vincent Keith Johnson, and her life long friend Mary Martin.

Memorial donations can be made to First United Church of Christ.
