GALIEN, MI. -- Dennis Lloyd Casto, 84, of Galien, MI, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on December 9, 1936 in Rensselaer, IN to the late Robert and Helen Casto. On May 15, 1999, Dennis married Florence Green in New Troy, MI. Dennis was an US Army Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and listening to Willie Nelson. He loved fish fries and family. Dennis played for the Silver Hawks which was the cubs farm team.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Florence; sons, Robert (Karen) Casto, Dennis (Judith Anne) Casto Jr.,step-son, Laurence (Linda) Green III; step-daughter, Brenda (David) Hough; brother, Raymond (Judy) Casto; sisters, Betty Sarber, Mary Ann Riley; nine (7) grandchildren, (Dennis III, Kristina, Toni, April, Shaun. Corey, & Theresa) and ten (9) great-grandchildren (Aaron, Siara, Nolan, Tionnia, Kaley, Nataley, Sara, Riley, & Austin)
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Helen; brothers, Jerry Casto, Donald Casto, and Michael Casto.
Visitation will be held from 10 – Noon on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan. Service will be for immediate family only. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Buchanan
