John L. Scott, 74, of RD 4, died Tuesday in his home following a long illness. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Dellroy. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Bernice Scott; one son, Milton of the home, two daughters, Mrs. John Gallagher and Mrs. Ralph Dillon of Canton; five grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. M. A. Hoobler of Dellroy. Another daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Elliott, is deceased.
Services will be today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. in the Scott residence with Rev. A. B. Weisz officiating. Burial will be in Scott Cemetery in charge of Blazer-Graham Parlors.
