Hubert L. Miller, 93, Bushnell, died at 3:40 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007, at his home.
He was born June 25, 1914, in Smithfield, the son of John and Harriet E. (Ellis) Miller.
He married Maxine Dare on June 28, 1936, in Lewistown. She survives.
He is also survived by one son, James (Marge) Miller, Bradley; four grandchildren, Carolyn A. Trancose, Jill K. Griffith, Jeffrey L. Miller and Jonathan M. Miller; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Jeanne Ann Robertson, two sisters, Lydia Lafary and Lois Jacobus, and two brothers, Ewan and Gale Miller.
He was a 50-plus year member of the Bushnell IOOF Lodge 385 and past nobal grand. He was an over 50-year member of the Bushnell United Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 10, 2007, at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home, Bushnell, with Pastor Alan Somers officiating.
Burial was in Bushnell Cemetery.
