Luis Torres, 42 of Lakeland, Florida, has been accepted into God's loving embrace on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Winter Haven Hospital, Winter Haven, Florida surrounded by his loving family. Luis was a long time Trenton area resident until moving to Florida three years ago. He enjoyed fishing, cars, and spending quality time with his family.
Luis is predeceased by his father, Angel Luis Torres.
Left to cherish his wonderful memory is his loving family, mother and stepfather; Lydia and Ahmed Chabboubi; wife of 16 years, Raquel Rivera, children; Yaluris I. Torres, Angel Luis Torres, Jaiden J. Torres, Ajna L. Torres, Angeliz and Anjareliz Torres, sister, Evelyn Torres, brother, Nelson "Prieto" Torres, nieces; Naisha, Gerelyn, Tamara, and nephew, Derick as well as many cousins, other relatives, and friends will miss him deeply.
Funeral service will be held Friday, April 30, 2021, 10:00am at the Chiacchio Southview Funeral Home, 990 South Broad Street, Trenton NJ 08611 (parking facility and handicap access located directly behind the funeral home). Visiting hours will be held Thursday evening, April 29, 2021 from 6:00pm-8:00pm and Friday morning from 9:00am-10:00am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, 1800 Hamilton Avenue, Hamilton Township, NJ. Arrangements under the auspices of David C. Chiacchio and the compassionate staff of the Chiacchio Southview Funeral Home.
