Carolyn Joanne Rogers Richardson

Our beloved Mother passed away peacefully
on the Sabbath morning of May 2, 2021. She
was born September 26, 1933 in Prescott, Az
and is a descendant of Mormon pioneers that
settled much of the Mesa, AZ area.

Despite surviving many health challenges –
she always loved life and brought a lot of joy
and energy to those around her. Her home was
the focal point for fun in the neighborhood with
a swinging chandelier, cold drinking fountain
on the back porch, boating in the irrigation,
golf cart rides, dad's playground equipment,
the famous 'Clown Truck', mud and water
fights, cheese crisps, etc.

She enjoyed her friends and family and hosted
many parties and celebrations. Memories were
made with camping trips, desert picnics/wheel
days, Sunday drives, visiting grandparents,
movie making, Christmas toffee, and much more.

She and Thomas (who preceded her) leave a
large legacy with 7 children and spouses,
21 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.

Joanne left a footprint in this life that touched
many with a legacy of bringing joy to others.

"..verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have
done it unto one of the least of these my
brethren, ye have done it unto me."
Matthew 25:40
