Marilyn Solem Cox
Cuyahoga Falls - Marilyn Solem Cox, of Cuyahoga Falls, formerly Kent, passed away on December 23rd, 2020.
She was preceded by her daughter Melissa Cox-Hrovat.
She is survived by her loving husband Ronald, son Bret Sally (Kelly), son-in-law Lou Hrovat, special friends Laura, Eric, Michael Kenney, Annie and Matthew Nied, Sarah Kenney and Kevin Corrigan, sister Vi Minnick (Bob), brother Chet (Penny).
Marilyn was a wonderful woman who was 100 percent devoted to her faith, family, and service to others. She found great joy in serving as a volunteer with the Cuyahoga Valley Secenic Railroad as well as her 16 years of tremendous service at Fort Matanzas, St. Augustine, Florida. Her love for adventure led her to all the corners of the world, seeing every continent but Antarctica. Marilyn will forever be loved and greatly missed.
Services will be held at St. Lukes Church Saturday January 2nd 2020 at 11:00am. Friends may begin calling at 10:00am.
