Calvin was the son of Fred Jones and Jacqueline Jones. He was educated in the Peach County School System. He was employed with the Houston Hardware and Garden Center of Bonaire Georgia. He later extended his career with the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, Georgia. He enjoyed fishing and was also an awesome griller and cook.
He was married to Kelessa Alexander Jones in 2015, they had 1 son. He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Janice Jones and 1 brother, Frederick Jones.
