Tracy was everything Minnesota as she loved all it had to offer and made it a point to be the epitome of "Minnesota nice". She was a native of Minnesota where she lived in both Minneapolis and, eventually, Lindstrom. After graduating from Chisago Lakes High School and Navy bootcamp, she spent her next fifteen years between San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA. Tracy had just been accepted to Metropolitan State University where she was intending on pursuing a degree in teaching as her intention was to foster a love of learning in other children as she did her own daughter.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Josephine "Josie" Hernandez; grandparents, Jesse and Ina Hernandez and Frank and Mary Gonsior; Uncles, Jim Gonsior and Pat McGough; and cousin, Matt Deason.
