Margaret E. Reynolds, age 90, of Glendive, Montana passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021 at the Glendive Medical Center in Glendive with family by her side. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a Vigil service beginning at 7:00 PM on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the Silha Funeral Home in Glendive. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Glendive with Father Francis Schreiber officiating. Rite of Committal will be in the Dawson County Cemetery.
Margaret "Marge" was born on July 20, 1930 in Glendive, a daughter of Mathias and Mary (Verkennis) Dufner. The family moved to Glendive in 1930 where she attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Dawson County High School.
Marge was a telephone operator with Mountain Bell before marrying John (Jack) Reynolds on August 26, 1953. They had five boys: Thomas, William, Randall, John and Robert.
Marge was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters. Marge was busy raising five boys and then worked part time along with Jack at the Reynolds Grocery Store
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; sons, Randy and Bob; her parents, Mathias and Mary; two brothers, Leroy and Floyd; five brothers and sisters-in-law, Hartwick Peterson, Dave Quale, Ken and Rita McGovern, Paul and Marge Reynolds and Robert and Ann Reynolds.
