Phyllis Ann (Benjamin) Murphy, age 82, an Oklahoma City resident. She was born on July 06, 1938, to Sampson Simeon and Lura (Blair) Benjamin, at Wardville, OK. Phyllis passed away on May 2, 2021 at Oklahoma City, OK. She graduated from Haskell Institute now Haskell Indian Nations University. Phyllis received a Bachelor's Degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Phyllis was a social worker. Phyllis was a Southern Baptist. She enjoyed riding bicycles & playing dominoes. Phyllis loved all animals especially cats. She liked sports and especially basketball. Phyllis was a square dancer.
