"Frank Ford Moore, age 59 of Murphy, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at his residence. He was a native and lifetime resident of Culberson. Frank had worked at Boyd's Cabinets for 12 years. He then worked alongside his brother as a landscaper for the next 31 years. Frank enjoyed riding horses, fishing, and trading on just about anything. He was a member of Culberson Baptist Church but had been attending River Valley Baptist Church.
He was the son of the late Raleigh and Elsie Alice Rich Moore. He was also preceded by a brother, Johnny Moore.
Surviving are his daughter, Amanda Holloway of McCayesville, GA; four brothers Dale Moore of Atlanta, GA; Howard Moore of Blue Ridge, GA; Fred Moore and Vanda of Marble; Robert Mack Moore and Joann of Murphy; one sister, Mary Payne and Scott of Copper Hill, TN; two grandchildren, two nieces, and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 6, 2021 at River Valley Baptist Church, with the Reverend Charles Raper and Reverend Randy Hooper officiating. Music will be provided by Crystal Davis, Betty Jean Jones, Jeanne Romasberg, and Diane Parker. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Justin Owenby, James Lawrence, Barry Curtis, Matthew Raper, Luke Raper, and Jeff Raper. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 9:00 PM, Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at River Valley Baptist Church.
