Gary is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Lisa Ann David, and his step-mother, Faye David.
He is survived by his wife of forty (40) years, Joanne (nee Kory) David of Cedar Hill, Missouri (Married February 5, 1966, in St. Louis, Missouri), his two (2) sons, Jeff (wife, Annette) David of Pacific, Missouri, and Brian (wife, Aimee) David of Pacific, Missouri, four (4) grandchildren, Andrew, Allyson, Ashleigh and Colton, his brother, Greg (wife, Melissa) David of Angleton, Texas mother-in-law, Irma Kory, of St. Louis, Missouri, and many other relatives and friends.

Gary was an active member in Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish and he had served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cedar Hill Fire Department.
Gary was a fixture in our community. It was not enough to have his children simply "participate" in the local Khoury League and Cub Scouts,
Gary was the leader, the coach, and the organizer.
His life was always focused on his family, his friends, and his faith.
