Mrs. Gloria Jean (Henderson) Hall was escorted into the presence of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on April 28, 2021 following a lengthy period of declining health. Jean was a kind and loving person who loved her late husband Keith and all of her family and friends. From a child she loved the out-doors, her pets, her dog "Eskimo" and when she was able she loved to work in her flower beds and help her late husband Keith work in the watermelon field at their Hall's Farm acreage. They were known for growing some of the largest watermelons in the area. She and Keith had been selected Watermelon Queen and Melon Man at the annual Saline Watermelon Festival.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sister, Myrtle Walsworth; brother-in-law, Jody Hall; sister-in-law, Gail Martin; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester Hardy & Lillian (Shackleford) Henderson; siblings, Virgil Henderson, Adren Henderson, Hazel (Henderson) Bates and Ruth (Henderson) Hall.

There will be a memorial service to honor Jean to be held at a later date.
