Jack Allen Walker, 87 of Centerville passed away at home on Wednesday, April 28, 2021.

Jack is survived by his wife Betty (Stewart) Walker, son Robert (Rose Oglesbee) Walker, daughter Kim (Scott) Irwin; grandchildren Brandon (Danielle) Walker, Matthew Irwin, Katherine (David) Hamilton, Clint Walker, Stacey Irwin, Jayvon Irwin and Randall Walker; and great-granddaughter Isabel Joy Hamilton. Jack was preceded in death by both parents, Lee and Elfa Walker, brother Milo (Enid) Walker and sister Joyce (Ted) Clark.

Jack and Betty owned and operated several businesses in Centerville throughout the years including Jack's Autos and Mustang Implement. Jack was an avid golfer, earning several trophies through the years and enjoying league play at Appanoose County Country Club until last season.

A celebration of Jack's life will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville. Interment of ashes will be private. Memorials can be made to the Appanoose County Lord's Cupboard Food Pantry or Every Step Hospice. Condolences may be shared at www.thomasfh.com or facebook.com/thomasfuneralhome.
