----------
CORRECTIONS AND NOTES: As per his own information and verified by his birth certificate and family members, Jerry Faye Carmichael was born on the kitchen table of his grandparents' (RD and Maggie Romig) family farm in rural Haven, Reno County, Kansas, USA -- NOT in Hutchinson. // My husband is the Jerry Dean Carmichael listed as a son; he no longer acknowledges the middle name of Dean for personal reasons and had it legally removed. Also, he has NEVER gone by "Sr." and does not acknowledge it and refuses to use that suffix, so the "Jr." on his son's name means nothing to him and is also not acknowledged. // Daughter's name is spelled incorrectly -- it should be "Christina" (NOT "Christian").
