Kelly K. Adams, Sr., 81, peacefully departed this life at his home with family by his side. He was the son of the late John Enoch and Eula Mae Townsend Adams, was a graduate of Bourbon Co. High School, a machine operator for 40 years at the Trane Company, and a member of Clintonville Church of the Nazarene.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Louise Adams Harney; and 2 brothers, Robert L. Adams and Gerald Adams. Surviving are 2 sons; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 7 brothers; 2 sisters; a special uncle and caregiver, Roy Adams, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. 4 May 2021 at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home, Paris, KY, with his brother, Rev. Vernon Adams officiating. Interment will follow in the Clintonville Cemetery with casket bearers being Gary Adams, Ernie Adams, Phillip Adams, John Adams, Darrell Adams, and Lee Adams. Honorary bearers will be Roy Adams, Sr., Donnie Jones, Jamey Stone, Seth Cameron, E.W. Roe, Ronnie Harney, and Rev. Tony Marshall. Visitation will be on 3 May 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
