Susan Elaine Long, age 63, of Talbott, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. She was a member of Walker Baptist Church. Preceding her in death were her parents, Mac and Mattie Wilder; brothers, Jim Wilder, Raymond Wilder, and Hubert Wilder. Survivors include her husband, Chester "Chuck" Long; sisters, Maxine Baskett Hall, Florence Johns; sister-in-law, Marilyn Pinkston; brother-in-law, Allen Long; special niece, Kristie (Brad) Lindsey; great-niece and great-nephew, Haley and Luke Lindsey; many more special nieces and nephews; and her cat, Fluffy. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Scott Howerton will officiate. Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Monday morning at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. Honorary pallbearers will be: Brad Baskett, Brian Baskett, John Edwards, Brad Lindsey, Paul Moore, Ronnie McNeil, and Jeff Weems. Arrangements by Stubblefield Funeral Home, Morristown, TN
