Hal was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. He worked for Arkansas Power and Light for twenty years and Reynolds Aluminum for 10 years. He was an excellent fishing guide, jokester and story teller, his ability to find fish was phenomenal and he loved to guide. He had a lot of memorable days on the local lakes. He was a wonderful son, husband, father and friend that will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Pamela Murray of Hot Springs; his son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Rebecca Murray of Conway; his daughter, Kimberly Murray of Hot Springs; his mother, Winnie Miles Murray Spencer of Hot Springs; his sister, Linda Wilkie of Hot Springs; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
