LINCOLN - Roy Logan, 63, of Lincoln, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021 in the comfort of his own home.
Roy was born on October 22, 1957, in Lincoln, the son of Edgar and Evelyn (Sloan) Logan.
Roy is survived by his brothers, Lee (Barbara) Logan and John (Becky) Logan and his aunt, Helen Singley of Lincoln
Roy was preceded in death by his parents.
Roy had a very outgoing personality; he loved talking and interacting with people which is one reason he was so successful at his job with marketing for Lincoln Daily News. Roy's passion however was cooking; Roy hosted a local television show where he would teach people how to cook and he would also interview guests. He was the co-founder of the Pink Pumpkin Fundraiser in 2018. In his younger years he loved flying airplanes.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.
