Kenneth Cecil Pack, age 79, passed away April, 29, 2021. Born in Maryville, Tennessee on March 17, 1942, Ken attended school in Knox and Blount Counties. He graduated high school in Grand Blanc, MI in 1960 and attended UT prior to completing Journeyman Electricians training through IBEW Local 270 in Oak Ridge, TN. In 1964 Ken married Diane Settle and moved to Florida to work for Bendix at NASA. Among other responsibilities he enjoyed driving the crawler which transported the rockets. Ken attended Cosmetology School and owned two hair salons (House of Kenneth). He later became a licensed electrical contractor and co-owned B & P Electric prior to retirement. Ken volunteered at East Tennessee Children's Hospital and Fantasy of Trees. He especially enjoyed his workout buddies at the Cardiac Exercise Program. Throughout life he really enjoyed driving and collecting unique sports cars and was a proud member of East TN Corvette Club. Preceded in death by parents, Thomas Cecil Pack, Orlena Mae and Ralph Horton; nephew, Aron Pack and niece, Jean Ann Basel. Survived by wife of nearly 57 years, Diane Settle Pack; son, Kevin Pack; sister, Betty Ann De La Rosa (Oscar) and brother, Jerry Pack (Cheryl), and his nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 2pm until 4pm at Weaver Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Lynch Bethel Cemetery for a 3pm graveside service.
