Lisa A. Lowe, 71, of Bettendorf, Iowa, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.

Services will be Friday, May 7, 11:00 a.m. at First Lutheran Church, 1230 5th Ave., Moline, IL, with visitation one hour prior to services at the church. Private burial will be at National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. Those attending are to observe current public gathering guidelines of wearing of a face-mask and social distancing. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare, Milan, or to a favorite charity.

Lisa A. Lowe was born March 17, 1950 in Aledo, Illinois, the daughter of Willis and Joyce Lilliman Knox. She graduated from Winola High School in 1968 and earned a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University.

Lisa retired from Genesis Heath Care following 20 years of service. Previously she worked in the insurance industry and for Trinity Health Care.

Lisa was married to Jerry Lowe from 1997 until his death in 2011.

Lisa was a member of First Lutheran Church, Moline. She was an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan and a master knitter. Lisa enjoyed caring for and loving her special kitty family: "Emma," "Smudge," and "Princess."

Surviving are her stepdaughters, Sylvia (Kel) Branigan and J'Ree (Darian) Lide; stepson, Jerry Jr. (Jolene) Lowe; and grandchildren. Additional survivors are sisters, Diane Miller and Chris (Mick) Anderson; brother, Joe (Terri) Knox; sister-in-law, Betty Knox; nieces and nephews and their families; and cousin, Bill (Chrissy) Lilliman.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jim Knox and infant brother, Jon Ray Knox.
