She was born Peggy Louise Partin in Ray, Arizona on August 19, 1929 to the late Alva Lyle Partin and Grace Mefford Partin. A native Arizonan, she graduated from Tempe High School, and Phoenix College where she studied business. She obtained a real estate and brokerage license and was involved in the real estate business for a number of years. Her hobbies included playing cards, golf, going to the movies, following the stock market, and dining with friends and family. She retired in Sun City and Munds Park, Arizona. Her wisdom, sense of humor, and contagious laugh will be sorely missed. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack C. Mitchell, son Fredrick L. Rheaume, and two step-sons. She is survived by her son Michael A. Rheaume (Shawna), daughter Elaine M. Zuccala (Jon), daughter-in-law Geraldine L.
