Dale was born in Stoverstown on July 30, 1934 and was the son of the late Lloyd S. Senft and Lucy M. (Senft) Senft. He worked for J.A. Baker Co. for over 30 years and retired in 1996. He was an avid baseball player and fan and also enjoyed hunting. He was a was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Stoverstown and Windy Hill Senior Center in Spring Grove, and a lifetime member of the Spring Grove VFW, and the Nashville Volunteer Fire Co.
In addition to his wife DeEtta; he is survived by his daughter Barbara A. Senft; his son Michael Senft, Rodney Senft and Donald Sent; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers James Senft, Gary Senft and Ronald Senft and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Lloyd Senft, Tyrus Senft, Robert Senft and Richard Senft and his sisters Doris Forry and Lucy Griffith.
Family and friends are invited to attend Dale's Graveside Service on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Marburg Memorial Gardens, 2510 Grandview Rd., Hanover PA 17331. Funeral services are under the direction of Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., of Spring Grove.
