She was the beloved wife of Peter P. Martin. Meredith was born in Providence, RI, the daughter of the late Stanley and Lena (Brown) Moulson. She attended Ottawa University where she met the love of her life. Her heart was so big that she opened her family's home to numerous foster children over the years.
When Meredith's children were school-age, she worked in special education for the Town of Hanson's school department. More recently, she worked at Medical Oncology and Hematology where she touched so many lives and made countless friends.
Meredith loved to spend time with her family, and especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren play baseball. She always had a smile for everyone and an ease about her that endeared her to all who met her.
In addition to Peter, her husband of 52 years, she is survived by her loving children; Eric Martin, Lynn Martin Hogan and husband Scott, grandchildren; Tristan Martin, Gavin Martin, Erica Hogan and Preston Hogan. She is also survived by Carrie Schluter, husband Doug and children Christian, Anna and Nicholas. She also leaves behind her dear "sister" Dianne Lane and her husband Robert.
She will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Bourne, MA. Burial will be held privately.
