Nina Jean Johnson (Carter), "G.G.", 72, of Tiffin, Ohio, passed away peacefully, in her sleep, in the comfort of her home, the morning of April 23rd, 2021.

Nina was born December 9th 1948, in Tiffin to the late Fredrick W. and Martha I. (Roush) Carter. She married Glen E. Johnson in Clintwood, Virginia on December 31st 1971 and he proceeded her in death on November 7th 2007.

Survivors include Her son Billie Lee Johnson his wife Kelly Ann Johnson (Fritz), four grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Justin Johnson of Sandusky Ohio his four children Dominic, Austin, Vincent, and Milo Johnson all of Sandusky Ohio. Cody Johnson, Zayden Glenn and Zayne Carl Hites-Johnson of Tiffin Ohio. Brandy Johnson, Cherish Nina- Eve White and LayLeigha JoAnn-Rose Johnson, and Latahaya Fritz Johnson Aksel Allen-Lee Herr and Arsen Alias-George Herr of Hamilton Indiana.

Three Brothers, William (Pam) Carter of Tiffin, Ohio, Edward (Becky) Carter of Tiffin Ohio, James (Diana) Carter of Republic, Ohio, and many, many, more great nieces and nephews whom she loved and cherished dearly!

Nina worked as a laborer on highway and Bridge construction for S.E. Johnson in Maumee, Ohio.

She was a member of Tiffin VFW ladies' auxiliary, a Charter member of Auxiliary of Tiffin Military order of Cooties. Nina was a 1967 Graduate of Tiffin Colombian high school.

Nina opened her home to all as well as her heart, she touched the lives of many and forever left her mark. If she opened her door to you, you were forever part of the family!

There will be no services held at this time. The Engle-Shook funeral home and crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
