NOTE: E. J. Tate and his pregnant girlfriend, Edwina Thomas are dead after a shooting in an apartment complex in the 2100 block of Westchester Circle in Memphis, TN.
Tate was pronounced dead at the scene. Thomas was also shot and was taken to Regional Medical Center in critical condition, but later died. The woman was six to eight weeks pregnant. The two victims were sitting in a Honda Accord when a black woman shot them. The suspect drove away with another woman in a silver Mitsubishi. Police took a possible suspect into custody.
